hopping down a virtual bunny trail
Sometimes the progress is rapid, sometimes it's gradual. Overall, though, it does appear that, irrespective of "rate of speed," this site is inexorably hopping down the bunny trail of first being updated in a rather quotidian fashion, followed by a more meaningful update, back to something more mundane, then an exciting update, back to blasé, back and forth, etc.
And the relatively uninformative updates have a quick/easy hyperlink to click on, while the more informative ones--the more awesome ones, I might add--have to be typed in manually. (Yuck!) Last time, for instance, my regs were called upon to change a "9" to an "8" of a web address that was visible, at that moment, in their search bars, and then click "Go." Many complied; others had to completely disrobe and undergo some carpel tunnel surgery.
